How pricing works, how we collect payment, and what to expect when you engage Green Marketing Solutions.

What we sell

We provide professional marketing services — content creation, social media management, branding, brand development, AI applied to marketing, and consulting — delivered as scoped engagements and project work. We do not sell physical products.

How pricing works — custom quotes

We do not publish a fixed price list. Every engagement is different, so we quote each one individually based on its scope. You always receive a written proposal with the price before any charge is made. There are no hidden fees and no automatic or recurring charges unless your proposal explicitly says so.

Currencies

We quote and charge in either USD or TTD. The currency is fixed per engagement and shown on your proposal and your Stripe checkout page.

Project deposits

Most projects begin with a deposit. The deposit secures your scope and start date and covers initial scoping work. Work begins once the deposit clears. Deposits are non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The payment flow, step by step

  1. You book a free consultation and we discuss your goals.
  2. We send you a written proposal/quote with scope and price.
  3. You approve the proposal.
  4. We email you a secure Stripe Checkout link for the deposit or invoice amount.
  5. You pay by card on Stripe’s hosted, encrypted checkout page.
  6. We confirm payment and begin (or continue) the work.

Secure checkout & your card data

All payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted, PCI-compliant hosted checkout. GMS never sees or stores your full card number.

Milestones & balance payments

For larger projects, the remaining balance is billed against the milestones set out in your proposal. Each milestone is invoiced with its own secure checkout link.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes are stated on your quote.

Refunds & cancellations

Project deposits are non-refundable and delivered work is non-refundable. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Receipts & records

Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment, and GMS retains records of your quotes, approvals and invoices.
