Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell custom, made-to-order professional services. This policy explains how deposits, cancellations and refunds work.

1. Overview

Because every GMS engagement is individually quoted and built to order, our fees are generally non-refundable. This policy sets out the limited circumstances and the process that applies. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Deposits are non-refundable

Project deposits reserve our capacity, secure your start date, and cover initial scoping and onboarding work. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. No refunds on delivered work

Once a Deliverable has been delivered or accepted, the fees for that work are non-refundable. Marketing results are not guaranteed and dissatisfaction with outcomes (as opposed to a failure to deliver the agreed work) is not a basis for a refund.

4. Custom / bespoke services

Each engagement is quoted and produced specifically for you. For this reason, fees for work performed are generally non-refundable even where an engagement is cancelled partway through.

5. Cancellation by you

You may cancel an engagement by contacting us in writing. Your deposit is non-refundable, and fees are due for any work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount you prepaid above the deposit for work not yet started may, at our discretion, be credited toward future work.

6. Cancellation or pause by us

In the rare event that we cancel or pause an engagement, we will refund any amount you prepaid for work we have not performed.

7. Revisions, not refunds

If you are not satisfied with a Deliverable, the remedy is the revision rounds included in your Proposal. Tell us what needs to change and we will work with you within the agreed scope.

8. Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve any concern in good faith. Initiating a card chargeback for work that has been delivered is a breach of our Terms. We keep records of quotes, approvals and deliverables to respond to disputes.

9. Currency of refunds

Where a refund is granted at our discretion, it is issued in the original currency (USD or TTD) to the original Stripe payment method.
