Infinity Association LLC, a company incorporated in Florida, USA that operates under the brand “Green Marketing Solutions” (“GMS”, “we”) in Trinidad & Tobago, is the controller of personal data collected through this website, our booking and contact forms, and our payment flow.

2. Information we collect

• Identity & contact details you provide via the booking wizard or contact form — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, business name and industry.
• Engagement details — the messages, goals and information you choose to share with us.
• Payment-related data — when you pay, your card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We receive confirmation of payment and limited metadata, but never your full card number.
• Technical data — basic usage data and essential cookies needed to run the site and secure the admin area.

3. How we collect it

We collect data directly from you when you submit a form, book a free consultation, or pay through a Stripe Checkout link, and automatically through essential cookies as you use the site.

4. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and schedule consultations.
• To deliver, manage and improve our Services.
• To issue quotes and process payments.
• To send transactional email (e.g. booking confirmations).
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Payment data & Stripe

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted Checkout pages. GMS does not see or store your full payment card details. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent processor under its own privacy policy.

6. Service providers we use

We share personal data only with the processors that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing.

These providers process and store data in the United States and may process it in other countries, with appropriate safeguards in place.

8. Data sharing & disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We disclose it only to the processors listed above, or where required by law.

We keep leads, bookings and transaction records only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet statutory and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Consistent with applicable data-protection law in Trinidad & Tobago, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, subject to our legal and accounting obligations. Our Services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, security headers, and access controls to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
